If you hear of one that\u2019s not on the list, or have a correction, please let me know. Low-reen\u2019s Live Blues List is updated at least monthly. Call ahead: these things change minute-to-minute!! Also be sure to drop a few bucks at the establishments that hosts these jams: buy a drink \u2013 if you don\u2019t drink, buy some food or buy your friend a drink \u2013 otherwise the jams go away, and NO ONE wants that!<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blues Jam:<\/strong> Generally a set-up for a full band including drummer, focus on Blues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Jam:<\/strong> Generally a set-up for a full band including drummer, all music types, not necessarily focus on Blues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Mic:<\/strong> Generally a set-up for individual or duo musicians, usually not a drummer, usually focused on music only, but sometimes open to spoken work ie poetry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
